Scope
These terms govern use of this website and the subscription services described on it. A signed service agreement prevails over these terms for clients.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly or annually per location. Prices on the website are indicative and confirmed in a written quote. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.
Service levels
Availability and support targets are defined per plan in the service agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Data and ownership
You own your business data. We own the software and models. On termination you may export your data; we delete it within 60 days unless law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful content, spam or to process data you have no right to process.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Governing law and venue are set in the service agreement.
